There was one scheme I asked officers to cancel. It was in Hillcrest in Sydenham. We talk about unexploded bombs, that you may occasionally find. We found no unexploded bombs - but we have found ancient woodland, where we were going to build a small building - 17 flats. It totally wasn't the right scheme.

Project management, when we don't have all the people and staff, is really important, to make sure the project is moving. But it's also really important to have the courage to say: "It's not working so we need to stop".
