For me there are two important things outside work: one is being there for my family, supporting my wife, supporting the children. Without them, nothing would be worthwhile. So they are absolutely key.

The other part is that I spend a lot of time in meetings and a lot of time behind a desk, on a computer. So I actually do practical things, whether that's DIY, gardening, or old sports cars, doing them up. Being quite practical and fixing things, because it takes your mind off your day job and enables you to switch off and have some down time.
