We want affordable housing in the broadest sense of the term: housing at lots of different price points. All good quality, well designed, functional. It doesn’t have to be over-specified.

It doesn’t have to have too many bells and whistles, communal barbecues on the roof, that sort of stuff. It’s just good quality housing. It’s going back, to a degree, to Welwyn Garden City.
