Our ideal partner is someone who instinctively "gets" the context we’re in. There are lots of ways you can make a 15 to 20% margin, right? One of them is "in and out", bank the land and drip feed sales.

Another way is to really understand what the local place is about. I’m genuinely of the view that doing this the right way doesn’t necessarily mean a less profitable way.
